Complimentary speaker registrations are available for plenary speakers and IEEE life members. Registration is only possible via info@mfi2021.org and may be subject to limitations.

The conference fee includes admission to all conference sessions, the booked tutorials, and the conference proceedings.

* The reduced fees are only valid with the indication of the member card number (for VDE/IEEE Members) or upload of the member card copy (for other organizations) and for student the upload of the student card copy during the online registration form. In case of missing certificate the non-member fees will apply.

Important notice on author registration

• Authors are required to register by 16 September, 2021 to ensure their paper is inserted in the program and the conference proceedings.
• If no author is registered by 16 September, 2021, the paper will be removed from the program.
• Author registration only covers the registration of 1 paper, at maximum 2 with an extra fee.
• Please mention your paper ID when you register for the conference.

Payment of Conference Fee

Payment for registration, including bank charges and processing fees, must be made in Euro. The conference fee has to be fully paid in advance by credit card. Your registration can only be confirmed if VDE-Conference Services has recorded receipt of your full payment.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, provided that written notice has been given to VDE-Conference Services before 16 September, 2021, the registration fee will be fully refunded less a handling fee of EURO 30.00. After this deadline, no refund will be made. Proceedings will then be sent to the registrant after the conference.
